Become an Assistant at Ena Salon

Becoming an apprentice at Ena Salon is a fantastic way to begin a successful career in hairdressing. Our structured in-house education provides a clear pathway to becoming a professional hair-stylist with definitive milestones for every stage of your journey.

At Ena, we have a close-knit team who support each other to be the very best we can be. We truly believe in nurturing new talent from within, many of our top earning stylists started as apprentices in the salon.

The physical and mental health of our staff is of the utmost importance to us and we provide osteopaths, life-coaches, fitness classes, yoga, meditation to promote a culture of well-being within the salon.

The entire salon is closed for one full day each week to provide dedicated training to all our staff. Our in-house training is led by world-class educators from our sister company Allilon.
