We charge a £50 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your bill at the time of your payment.
You may cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours in advance with no extra charge. However, if you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the terms and conditions the business has the right to charge you the balance of your entire booking by way of your original payment method.
We do understand that life happens and sometimes you will need to cancel your booking but please respect that we are a small business and not showing up for your appointment has a big impact on us financially.
